French music is determined by music created in France, or in particular countries where the French language is the national language. Apart from the geographical aspect of the French music genre, French music is particularly unique as it uses the French language.
This creates often a romantic and beautiful emotive to the music that is unique to the French culture. The language itself is very beautiful to listen to and when used in music, can create an atmosphere of love and happiness. French music is also interesting to listen to because it also shreds light on the historical growth and development of the French language all around the world. This includes places such as Africa, Vietnam and Europe.
